I have been experimenting lately with Topas recipe's and after buying a few cook books on the subject I decided to try my hand at it...
Armed with a pantry of goodies this is what I came up with this indian inspired dish. A delectable platter of spicey curry infused Pork, Granny Smith Apples, Sweet Peas, and baby carrots over Thai noobles.
